According to the official website (Nigerian Police Official Website), The need by the present leadership to reposition the Force through capacity building calls for the recruitment of Police Officers of lower cadre into the Nigeria Police Force. And this has now given a good opportunity to Nigerian citizen ( especially undergraduates or those with SSCE) to join the police force.
Eligibility For NAF Recruitment (2019)
Below is the requirement for those who intent to apply for a position in the current NPF 2018 Recruitment exercise.
- Applicants shall be of Nigerian origin by birth and possess National Identity Number (NIN)
- All Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 credits in not more than 2 sittings in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB with credit passess in English and Mathematics.
- Applicants must be aged between 18-25 years by March 2019.
- Every Applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit and must not be less than 1.67mtrs tall for male and 1.64mtrs tall for female.
- Applicants must print their completed online forms, guarantor form and submit it at the examination / screening and recruitment centre.

How to Apply For NAF Recruitment 2019
To start and complete your own application, Follow the steps below
- First of all visit the Application at www.policerecruitment.ng/
- Scroll down to read the requirements carefully again
- Click on JOIN at the bottom of the page to start your application ( see image below)
- Enter your correct email address and choose a unique password
- Enter whatever code provided and click register
A link will be sent to your mail from where you can continue your application. You will be required to upload the documents listed above along side a recent passport . Ensure also to print out the completed Nigerian Police 2018 form, and wait for invitation for the screening exercise.
